Billing Questions

Is pricing per person or per clinic?
Per person. Each team member uses their own account.
Is billing enabled during the beta?
Not yet. During the invite-only beta there is no billing flow.
Can I sign up without talking to sales?
Yes. If your email is invited, you can create an account and start using the dashboard.
What if I have multiple clinic locations?
If you're managing multiple locations, each person still has their own account. If you need a consolidated plan later, contact us.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not during the beta. We'll publish annual billing options when billing goes live.
What payment methods do you accept?
When billing goes live, we'll support major credit cards.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When billing is enabled, you'll be able to cancel from your account settings.
