Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, clinic name, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Patient & Recipe Data

When you use the Service, you may provide patient profiles (species, breed, weight, age, health conditions) and generate diet recipes. This data is stored to provide the Service and is accessible only to your account.

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service. We use this data to improve performance and understand how our Service is used.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

3. AI & Data Processing

Your data is never used to train AI models.

When you generate a recipe or use the chat refinement feature, your patient data is sent to our AI processing pipeline to produce results. This data is processed in real time and is not retained by our AI providers for model training or any other purpose beyond delivering your results.

We use commercially licensed AI models with data processing agreements that prohibit the use of customer data for training. Your recipes, patient profiles, and conversations remain yours.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • • Payment processor (Stripe): To process your subscription payments securely
  • • Cloud infrastructure providers: To host and deliver the Service reliably
  • • AI processing providers: To generate recipes and chat responses (under strict data processing agreements)
  • • Legal authorities: Only when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, secure authentication, regular security audits, and access controls that limit employee access to your data on a need-to-know basis. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your information and promptly addressing any security incidents.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and recipe data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (such as billing records). You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
